CYC - Change of Watch

Fellow Centerboarders!
Most (if not all) of our typical gatherings have been canceled this season. However, we are going to do an atypical Change of Watch Event. This event will be held OUTSIDE, less than 100 people, tables distanced and with a modified approach to limit or eliminate shared contact and keep us all safe, while allowing us to hold some type of event and also to conduct the required business of the club.
WHO: All members of CYC
(but limit of 100 for outdoor gathering - First come first serve!)
WHAT: Change of Watch Event - Includes Box Lunch and Drinks (Yes booze too)
WHEN: Saturday, October 24th - 3:00PM - 7:00PM (15:00 - 19:00 and beyond)
WHERE: Centerboard Yacht Club Front Lawn (Weather Pending)
WHY: To conduct the October All Club Meeting required in the bylaws, swear in the new members of the Board, have a bite to eat and drink with friends, and break out our cold weather gear!

$25/person. This is not a fancy sit down dinner or shared food (by design). It is a catered box lunch/dinner, safely prepared, individually wrapped and handed out by one masked and gloved server. Drinks will be in individual, single use cups served by bartender.
WE NEED AN ACCURATE HEAD COUNT. If you plan to attend, please respond to this email with: FULL NAME of those attending, and MENU SELECTION for each person (ie, Todd Friberg - Turkey Club Sandwich, Patty Friberg - Mediterranean Salad + Chicken) and PAYMENT preference...Check, Cash, PayPal, Venmo, etc.
Please respond BEFORE OCTOBER 12th at the latest! (Sooner the better please)
