    Clean. Updated. Easy and inexpensive to sail.

    Mediterranean White Pearson 26 sailboat.

    Has been referred to as the nicest, best kept example of a P26 around.

    Details: This is a well-maintained, clean, freshly painted from stem to stern, Pearson 26. It's been called the best example of a Pearson 26 available.

    Formerly owned by a Lyman Morse electrician who organized it electrically, and three marine engineers in a row, she's been well cared for by sailors.

    Projects 2019-Present Day

    2019- New cushions made from Sunbrella fabric, off white color.

    2020- Keel was needle-gunned, flapper wheel sanding disc taken down to bare/bright metal, and sealed with 2 coats of Pettit Rustlok 6980 primer. 3 coats of Pettit epoxy primer were added, and the keel was filled and faired for a smooth finish. Petitt Black Widow antifouling paint applied and wet sanded to 400 grit for racing performance. The rudder was stripped down to the fiberglass, 3 coats of Petitt epoxy primer, fairing compound, and 2 coats of Petitt Black Widow applied, polished to 400 grit.

    2021 - Took topsides down to gelcoat, primed with 3 coats of Epoxy Primecoat, then 3 coats of Interlux Perfection, Mediterranean White color. Everything above the waterline was painted.

    2022 - Triradial laminate Fries Sail Design #1 155% Genoa was ordered. Kevlar Main was installed, double reefing. Entire hull stripped down to the gelcoat. 3 coats of Pettit epoxy primer were added, the hull was filled and faired for a smooth finish. Petitt Black Widow antifouling paint applied and wet sanded to 400 grit for racing performance. (~120 man hours). - B&G Vulcan 9 chartplotter installed, - B&G Wired wind instrument installed. - NMEA2000 network installed. - Backstay adjuster rigging installed - Won 20 of 25 races entered this year, first place in Summer Series and first place in GMORA West Cruising

    2023 - All running rigging replaced (Main halyard, Jib halyard, Spinnaker halyard, Jib lines, Main sheet, backstay adjustment lines, outhaul, reefing lines) - North Sails #3 Jib (98%) ordered ($3585.00) Tri-radial deck sweeping racing jib. Horizontal battens. Beautiful sail. - Harken cabin top jib tracks installed for new jib. - Moved up to Racing B fleet, took first place in the fleet for the Summer Series, Fall Series, and GMORA Division 3 Racing overall champions. 2024 - Mast beam replaced with GPO3 fiberglass, fairing on aft section of keel. Keel bolt washers and nuts replaced where needed.

    Stored indoors since November 2023.

    29’11”, 10’ beam, 4’6” draft. 

    Hull in excellent shape with age appropriate scratches in the gel coat. 

    Constantly updated and maintained over the last 12 years. 

    Full batten main with 2 reef points, 130% furling genoa, asymmetrical spinnaker with snuffer. 

    2017 new standing and running rigging, masthead sheaves, snatch blocks, upper lifelines, bimini.

    2019 new genoa blocks, 2 coats barrier coat over bare hull, keel bolts checked, new engine mounts, chain plates rebedded.

    WINTER COVER FRAME kit for 30-35' boat, using standard 3/4” electrical Conduit.  Includes: 10x KoverKlamps (attach to stanchions and then to conduit), 20x FrameMaker Tees (connects bent conduit "ribs" and center rail of conduit), 20x Conduit Couplings (to connect the longitudinal lengths of conduit), 40x Conduit Straps (to connect the ribs to additional longitudinal conduit), 50x 1” hose clamps (to connect the straps to the conduit).
