- CYC Jr. Sail Program for 2011 -
Centerboard Yacht Club will be conducting a Youth Sail Program this summer in collaboration with SailMaine. This is a course focused on teaching basic skills to kids 8 to 12 yrs. old who will learn safety and fun on the water, single-handling an Optimist dinghy on all points of sail, righting a capsized boat, an introduction to racing, and much much more! There will be two sessions, each 2 weeks long with half-day classes Monday thru Friday. Both sessions will be limited to 8 sailors, so sign up early!
