She sails very well, very balance. She is well respected in club racing and great fast crusing boat. Very well designed interior. Water heather, shore power, ice box. Our family as outgrowth the F29 time to go a bit bigger. 
All lines lead back to cockpit. Easy to sail single handed. 
All deck hardware were replaced with new mid-range harken track and cars. Harken rolling furling (installed in 2013). Self tailing winches (installed in 2013) in cockpit.

For the right Buyer I can help with delivery and I can store and winterize the boat for free this winter.

-laminated genoa 145% (2016)
-laminated jib 100% (2015)
-laninated main (2014)
-dacron jib 100% and 155% (usable)

Hull and keel were striped in 2013 and barrier coat was applied. Her antifouling is Vivid white. She in the water, ready for sea trial. There's a few small projects inside but nothing major or expensive.
